Hello Stanford Wildcats,
We are planning on having fall picture day on November 5th at Stanford Elementary. Students who are receiving in-person instruction will have their pictures taken in the morning. Students who are receiving virtual instruction (PLA) will be able to have their pictures taken starting at 1:00. PLA students will need to wear their masks and also have their temperatures taken when they enter the building.
Our Kona Ice event that was scheduled for Monday, October 12th will be rescheduled. Details will be shared soon.
Kona Ice will be at SES on Monday, October 12. If you want your child to participate, please send money in with them that morning. We will not interrupt instruction to call home.

Dear Parents of car riders,
We have new car tags for all riders this year. If you have a first time student who is a car rider or an existing student, new tags will be available at the front office during school hours on Thursday and Friday. If you have an old tag from years past, please dispose of it. We would also like everyone to look at the map for our new car lineup. We are asking people to stay right on Old Fort Road, turn left on Frontier Blvd, turn left on to Cannonade, then right back on Old Fort. Please remember not to block driveways along the route and do not line up before 3:05. Thank you!

If you are picking up student meals at Stanford Elementary School, you will need to be in the front parking lot closest to our cafeteria at 11:00.
There are still some extra lessons showing up in our Edgenuity system. Each week, your child will have assignments in Pathblazer Reading and Pathblazer Math that were assigned by the teacher. When your child opens Pathblazer Reading and Pathblazer Math, they will be able see what their teacher has assigned. Always look for the snowflake in the top corner and start with the snowflake. Your child will also have assignments in the Odyssey tab in Science and Social Studies. Always look for the snowflake in the top corner and start with the snowflake. There are Math and Language Arts activities within the Odyssey tab, but your child is not responsible for those.
If you have questions, please reach out to your teacher via Class Dojo, email, or Google Voice number.
Students do not need to be doing any assignments in Edgenuity over the weekend. The assignments we need them to do will not be visible until 9:00 AM, Monday morning. Teachers will notify through Class Dojo when assignments are available. Just remember, students should always be looking for the snowflake to know what to do.
If your student does not have an account in Edgenuity yet, please do not be alarmed. We are aware, and we are working with the company to resolve this issue. We are hopeful your account will be activated by Monday and your child’s teacher will reach out once we know the company has this issue resolved.
If you have not completed your sign up for Class Dojo, this is a great time to take care of that so you and your child will be ready to receive communication. Class Dojo is a primary source of communication for ALL grade levels and ALL students this year.
