Lincoln County Middle School is excited to announce Jay Jackson as the new Dean of Students at Lincoln County Middle School. Jackson has been in the education field for 20 years, most recently with the Anchor Academy for Danville Independent Schools. He will begin his new role for LCMS on July 1st.
Jackson was a 1995 graduate of Woodford County High School. He then attended the University of Louisville where he received a bachelor’s and masters degree.
During his 20 year career in education, Jackson has spent time in various roles working with middle school and high school aged students. “I’m excited for the opportunity to serve the students, staff and parents of LCMS,” said Jackson. “I look forward to the positive collaboration with all stakeholders and the community at large so together we can enhance student achievement.”
Jay and his wife Ginger currently reside in Boyle County and have three kids. He enjoys playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family in his free time.
