In a few days your student will have the opportunity to participate in a survey at school called the Kentucky Student Voice Survey. During this survey, he/she will respond to general questions about classroom teaching and learning. The prupose of this survey is to provide valuable feedback for educators who are working to improve their professional practices. The results are confidential and anonymous.
If you DO NOT want your student to participate, please do one of the following:
