Lincoln County Schools is pleased to announce Diana Hart as the new Director of Pupil Personnel for the district. Hart is assuming the role left vacant by Brandi Hon who was recently named the Early Childhood Program Director.
Hart has worked in education since 2007 for Garrard County Schools. During her time there she spent time as a teacher, Assistant Principal and Head Principal at Garrard County High School and most recently as the Director of Pupil Personnel.
“I am very grateful for all the experience and friendships I gained at Garrard County, but I look forward to my next chapter, at home, in Lincoln County. It has always been a career goal of mine to be a Patriot. I feel so blessed to join such a wonderful school system in the community I live in,” said Mrs. Hart.
Superintendent Michael Rowe is excited about the addition of Mrs. Hart to the district. “Her varied experience as a teacher and administrator will be an asset to our team. It was obvious in our discussion about the position that she’s a team-oriented person that puts students first. That’s what Team Lincoln is all about.”
Diana and her husband Clayton, along with their two children, reside in Lincoln County. She enjoys reading, cooking, participating in church activities and spending time with her family.
Mrs. Hart will begin her role as DPP on July 1st. For more information about Lincoln County Schools, please contact the Student Support Center at 606.365.2124.
