The CDC has formally adopted a recommendation from a panel of its independent advisers to use Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccine in adolescents age 12 to 15. This means anyone 12 years old or older may now be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Lincoln County Schools, in collaboration with the Lincoln County Health Department, may have an opportunity to provide a free clinic to students 12 and up. If you would be interested in your student receiving the vaccine through this clinic, please fill out the survey below. The Pfizer vaccine does require two doses, 3-4 weeks apart.
This survey will be used to gauge interest in doing the clinic, and does not mean the clinic will definitely occur. In the event that it does, you will be notified and your student will then be given the opportunity to receive the vaccine. The survey will close Monday at 3 pm.
